The Living Computers: Museum + Labs (LCM) is Paul Allen’s latest project, which features a large collection of supercomputers, mainframes, minicomputers and microcomputers. The purpose of this museum is to provide a hands-on educational experience with fully restored and operational computers.

This two building warehouse space includes an industrial grade warehouse, 17,000 square foot refrigerator, 32 loading docks and offices and conference rooms.
Ankrom Mosian Architects
Built in 1926, the 1505 on 5th still retains some outward charm of buildings of this time. Located in Seattle’s retail cove, Ankrom Moisan Architects moved into the second and third floors of this mixed-retail building.
Freeway Motors
A 173,000 sq ft, three-story structure consisting of an automobile showroom and three service bays on the first floor and an 82,000 sq ft parking garage on the upper two floors for customer parking and inventory.
Fire Station No. 16
Fire Station No. 16 is a historic landmark dating from 1928 and is one of five Mission Revival style station buildings considered historic landmarks.
Panorama House Apartments
This one-acre parcel, located at 1100 University, features a 200-foot tall, 18-storied building, which houses 179 apartments, including four of the largest penthouse units in Seattle.
