SME works with developers and their general contractors to design and install dry utilities in commercial and industrial parks, as well as planned communities. From working with local utilities to get sufficient power to a site and developing necessary substations, transformers and dry loops to coordinating with numerous vendors to install trunk lines for power, phone, data and fiber optics, SME provides developers with a single point of contact.
