Recently, ground was broken for Bellevue North, the new 75,000 sq ft shopping center located at the corner of NE Fourth St and 116th Ave. NE. Bringing a lower cost retail space option to tenants, than found in downtown Bellevue, Bellevue North is fully leased.
The three tenants, REI, HomeGoods and Trader Joe’s will service a three to five-mile radius supporting a population of 95,000 to 219,000 people.
The property is owned by Iowa-based Principal Real Estate Investors who hired local Seattle-based KG Investment Management as a fee developer. Completion is expected by September 2016.
